Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your Eziseller account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email hello@eziseller.com from your registered email address
2. Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
3. Include your Eziseller account email in the body

What Gets Deleted

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. This includes:

• Your Eziseller account and login credentials
• All connected WhatsApp Business and Instagram account tokens
• Customer data, messages, and order history stored on Eziseller
• Any cached or backup data older than 90 days will be purged
