By accessing or using EziSeller (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

EziSeller is a cloud-based order management platform designed for small businesses selling through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media channels. The Service provides tools for order tracking, inventory management, payment tracking, and business analytics.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• We offer a 14-day free trial for new users — no credit card required to start
• Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment if you are unsatisfied
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorations for unused time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into EziSeller. We will not sell or share your business or customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

EziSeller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
