When you connect your WhatsApp or Instagram business account, we transmit data — including message content, customer phone numbers, and Instagram handles — to Meta through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Instagram Graph API. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes. Data transmitted to Meta is governed by Meta's own privacy practices and policies.

9. WhatsApp and Instagram Data Handling

Eziseller integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram Graph API operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you connect your WhatsApp Business or Instagram account through Eziseller, we receive and process the following data on your behalf:

Messages exchanged between you and your customers
Customer phone numbers and Instagram handles
Message delivery and read receipts
Account metadata (business name, registered phone number, profile)

This data is used solely to provide order management, message routing, and customer communication features within your Eziseller account. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is encrypted at rest and retained only while your account is active.

You may revoke Eziseller's access to your WhatsApp or Instagram account at any time through your Eziseller dashboard, which will delete the associated tokens. To request deletion of all customer data, contact hello@eziseller.com.
